The route was long, and then there was an unexpected closure on I-40 S. Plus, the customer needed them on time - no wiggle room there. So we quickly had to strategize how to get the cutters delivered safely and on time.

How We Handled It
We tackled this job with an RGN trailer - you can't beat that detachable neck for loads like these. Security was paramount, so we used heavy-duty chains, extra straps for good measure, and proper flagging front, back, and sides—everything by the book.
The planning phase was crucial. We secured all permits ahead of time and verified every measurement twice. When I-40 S threw us a curveball, we quickly switched to US-165 S. That detour only added 49 miles - much better than waiting for the interstate to clear.
How It All Worked Out
